A bombshell VA watchdog report just revealed: Secretary of Veteran Affairs Robert Wilkie may have committed criminal conduct when he tried to dig up dirt to discredit a Veteran survivor of a sexual assault.

It showed that Wilkie met with Republican Congressman Dan Crenshaw to discuss digging up damaging information against a congressional aide and former Navy reserve intelligence officer, who reported that she was sexally assaulted in the VA medical center in Washington D.C.

Starved and underfunded by Republicans, and under attack by Trump’s greedy billionaire cronies, VA hospitals across the country need real leadership to be able to give veterans who sacrificed so much to protect this country the healthcare that all of us deserve. Instead, Wilkie is willing to cover up grave issues such as sexual assault because he’d rather focus on continuing his scheme to privatize our VA hospitals to allow billionaires to profit off of veterans like us, than care about survivors.

Wilkie’s lack of integrity and selfish corruption shows that he is unfit for this position to serve the veterans of this country. Join us as we call for Robert Wilkie’s resignation by signing our petition now »

For far too long, the VA system and the military have had a problem of preventing and responding to sexual harassment and assault, and top leaders have made excuses and buried their heads in the sand. But Wilkie went even further, he didn’t just ignore the problem, he was willing to ruin a survivor’s life to cover up this crime.

Secretary Wilkie’s attempts to discredit a fellow veteran and a survivor of sexual assault are nothing less than a complete betrayal of veterans’ trust. Veterans deserve a leader that will pursue their best interests with honor and integrity.

Every major veterans’ group agrees: Secretary Wilkie must go. Add your name to demand Secretary of Veterans Affairs Robert Wilkie resign.

In solidarity,
