TELL YOUR REP AND SENATORS: STOP TRUMP’S WAR WITH IRAN
When President Trump decided to bomb Iran, he crossed the threshold into another open-ended war in the Middle East. The Constitution is clear: only Congress has the power to declare war. Yet once again, military force has been used without meaningful congressional authorization or public debate.
We’ve seen this pattern before—rushed escalation, vague objectives, and years of consequences borne by troops and military families. And it’s unfolding again before our very eyes.
This week, the House and Senate will vote on a War Powers Resolution to reassert Congress’s authority and prevent further unauthorized military action against Iran. The last War Powers vote failed by just one vote.
One vote.
Every member of Congress must decide whether they will rubber-stamp another forever war — or stand up for the Constitution and the people they represent. Tell Congress: Vote YES on the War Powers Resolution and stop this escalation before it spirals further out of control and before more innocent lives are lost.
