Tom Calvert Rosenberger (He/him)

Tom Calvert Rosenberger is an emerging leader at the intersection of renewable energy innovation, energy resilience, and community economic development. He is a senior associate at Converge Strategies, a veteran-owned small business with offices in Washington, D.C., and Boston, MA, that provides consulting services to expand and accelerate resilience and security in the clean energy transition. 

Most recently, Tom supported the Army's Office of Energy Initiatives to comprehensively map energy policies and authorities, create and track metrics, and manage internal business operations improvements. Previously, Tom leveraged his academic and client-facing experience to support education and training efforts for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Operational Energy. 

Before his move into consulting, Tom was an environmental science teacher. He received his MPA and MS in Environmental Science from Indiana University and his BS in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University. Tom was the Community Solar Sustainability Fellow at the University of New Hampshire in 2016 and a Clean Energy Leadership Institute fellow in 2020.
