Common Defense Endorses Marialana Kinter for U.S. House in Florida’s 7th Congressional District

Washington, D.C. — Today, Common Defense, a grassroots organization of veterans and military families, announced its endorsement of Marialana Kinter for the U.S. House of Representatives in Florida’s 7th Congressional District.

Naveed Shah, U.S. Army veteran and Political Director at Common Defense, released the following statement:

“Marialana Kinter understands what service means: both in uniform and in her community. From growing up in a working-class family that relied on Medicaid and school lunch programs, to serving as a Navy nuclear reactor supervisor, she has dedicated her life to solving problems and standing up for others.

“She has carried the values of military service into her work for Florida families. Whether organizing clothing and food drives, advocating for working families, or fighting to ensure veterans receive the benefits they’ve earned, she has shown a commitment to putting people first. We’re proud to endorse Marialana Kinter for Congress.”
