Veterans Endorse Marcus Flowers and Shawn Harris in Georgia Congressional Races
NORTHWEST GEORGIA – Too often our elected officials get into power backed by monied interests or their own deep pockets. Georgians — and all of us — deserve to be represented by people who have shared our struggles and have real solutions to help our communities. Common Defense, the nation’s largest grassroots veterans organization, is proud to endorse two champions of democracy for the United States House of Representatives from the great state of Georgia.
Marcus Flowers, an Army veteran, is the clear choice in Georgia’s 13th District to ensure our hard-won rights and freedoms are protected and that the Republican MAGA extremist assault on abortion is stopped cold.

In Georgia’s 14th District, where one of the most extreme, hardline MAGA cultists, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is sowing chaos, we have a solid champion to combat her vitriol in Shawn Harris, a retired Army general who served our nation in uniform for 40 years.
