U.S. Veterans and Israeli Veterans Join Together to Call for a Ceasefire in Gaza 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Common Defense, a leading grassroots organization of progressive veterans with nearly 400,000 members nationwide, along with Israeli veterans group Breaking the Silence, as well as the Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL), are slated to hold a press event in Washington, DC, on Tuesday, July 23 to deliver a petition from thousands of veterans and military families calling for a permanent ceasefire in the current war in Gaza.
